Donate to the Crisis in Japan

Horitomo has drawn a limited-edition shirt for the Japan relief efforts. It will be available by donation for a very limited time from Wednesday, April 20 through Thursday, April 28, 2011. Over $11K Raised for Japan

We have all watched in horror at the devastation following the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. Like many people within the tattoo community, we wanted a way to show our support and solidarity. As luck would have it, Chad Koeplinger was in town and excited to lend his illustrative talents to this shirt collaboration.  Roman Enriquez of Strong Tattoo started it off by donating 100 shirts and screen printing. Tamiko, Miles Rast, Suzanna Enriquez, Phillip Nguyen, Charlie Ngo and Colin Baker volunteered their time as well.

This shirt is no longer available. All proceeds from this shirt were donated to the Red Cross. On March 27, 2011, our first donation to the Red Cross totalled $5,918.68. On February 4, 2011, we donated an additional $5,659.15 to the Red Cross (total donations of $11,577.83). Thank you to all who participated!
